In the second year, we worked a lot with prints. Below you can see a few of my works.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For this print, I combined collage and linocut to explore texture and layering.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n


I started by tearing and arranging pieces of colorful paper\u2014mainly blue, green, and white\u2014into a spontaneous, abstract background. The torn edges and overlapping shapes gave the piece a dynamic and textured feel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On top of this collage, I printed my linocut portrait. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

In this piece, I explored the contrast between printed text and printed image.<\/strong>
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I created the background by tearing and layering pieces of old newspaper, arranging them in a loose collage that brings subtle texture and rhythm to the composition. The fragmented words and columns add an abstract narrative element and invite closer inspection.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

This print is a monotype, created using a direct drawing technique on a printing plate.<\/strong>
I focused on capturing the dynamic and detailed form of a sports car, paying special attention to its curves, structure, and aggressive character. I used bold lines and strong contrasts to give the image a sense of movement and speed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What I enjoy about the monotype process is that each print is truly unique\u2014you only get one chance to transfer the drawing from the plate to the paper. The slight imperfections and smudges are part of the charm, giving the image an expressive and spontaneous quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This piece reflects my interest in automotive design and combines technical drawing with the freedom of printmaking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The focus was on careful observation and accurate rendering of the shapes, shadows, and textures.
I paid close attention to the surface structure of the antler and the form of the skull.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

This is a pencil self-portrait I drew as part of a classroom exercise.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n


The task was to observe myself carefully in the mirror and try to capture my facial features as accurately as possible. I focused on the proportions of the face, the eyes, nose, mouth, and the structure of the hair. Drawing shadows and highlights helped to give the portrait more depth and realism.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
