How to make a perfect picture
When you take a photo, you first have to think about what you want to have on your picture. Then it depends on how you want to represent it. First you have to decide which lens would fit your idea. Macro lens, portrait lens, telephoto lens or wide-angle lens. That’s an important decision. Then you take the photo and then you have to post-process it in a raw converter (e.g. Lightroom) to get the best out of the photo.
Now I’ll tell you more about the creation of these 2 photos
Here you can see Steyr. This photo was taken for the “Spatial” exercise. For this I had to think about how I could depict something spatial. I immediately thought about a city. Then I had to keep my eyes open.
This photo was taken for my “Spring” project. I spent some time brainstorming different photo ideas that would capture the essence of the season and eventually decided to focus on flowers.
To find the perfect subject, I went for a walk in our garden and discovered these beautiful blossoms.
What impressed me the most was the mood created by the light—it added a soft, warm glow that enhanced the delicate details of the petals.

The most important thing here is to design something in a way to make it look as real as possible. It’s always a good idea to make a sketch first. I also made a few. Afterwards I decided which idea is the best one. I looked for suitable images and createed a first version in Photoshop. Then I thought about what I could improve.
Flyer in Urban style
1st Version
In the first, I built the basic framework and incorporated the most important criteria. I put the most important things in the center. I decided which colors I want to use and designed the background.
2nd Version
Here the center is more included and I added the lines at the bottom. There are a few things to have in mind when designing a poster or flyer: Clarity, content, color, font, completeness, uniformity and proportions.
AIF
Projects in AIF, such as this website, usually start with brainstorming. Then you have to think about the design. Which colors to use, which fonts and so on.
Then you build the basic structure and create the pages you need. In WordPress you firstly have to choose a theme. Then you can download various plugins to make your website even better. For example, a timeline or slideshows. Then you have to insert the content, texts, images and videos.

For the magazine in Office Management we first had to choose a topic. I immediately decided to make a travel magazine.
We had to think about how we wanted to design the magazine, we looked up inspiration in the internet and developed the basic structure:

Linoleum cut
In arts class we usually all have to do the same thing. For example the last task was to make a linocut or drypoint etching.
I decided to make the linocut. First we had to take a photo of ourselves and edit it in Photoshop so that we could use it as a template. Then we coppied the template to the linoleum and made the linocut. In the end we printed it.
In the second lesson we had to print it on different papers and designs.
